Ningbo Aolin Sports Equipment Co.,Ltd is a professional manufacturer of outdoor sporting goods, which collects development,design,production and assembly in one.It is located in the famous port city of China----Ningbo. Our company location has beautiful scenery and convenient transportation, 50 kilometers away from Ningbo Airport, 90 kilometers from Beilun port. The company covers 12000 square meters, has more than 180 staff, including about 30 engineers and technical personnel.
Our main products are outdoor sport goods, such as trekking pole, ski pole, walking stick, surfboard and golf carbon rod etc, and we have got TUV/GS and ROHS certificate. Our main material is aluminum 6061/7075 and carbon fiber, especially carbon fiber, all the process from carbon fabric cutting to the finished products is completed independently by ourselves. The products are designed and produced according to Ergonomic principles, and exported to Europe, America, Japan and other countries and regions, all of them are welcome by the customers.
Our main machines and equipment include low-temperature storeroom, fabric-rolling machine, pipe-wrapping machine, oven, stripper machine, rod-cutting machine, punch, screen print, heat transfer and varnishing equipment etc. We have a perfect production process, including: shaping??olishing??urface treatment??ssembly??ackage, and the surface settlement include anodizing, painting, heat transfer, water transfer printing and screen printing.
